A few years ago ( when i still hated it ), I created an account with a bruce. The memory was very faint. It was called duck-something, I just dont remember. I would have been on the 12 and under or the 8 and unders. I dont even remember where I created it or when. But it must have been years.

It all started at late February, early march 2003 that I went to stay with my cousin, Charlie-Maud for a week for the half term. I saw she had an account and played on it regularly. I began to remember my old account and wishing I still knew the username. I decided there was nothing for it: I was to create a new account.

My cousin (you've got to understand, she is SO serious. She never laughs. Even though she's a londoner you'd never know it. You'd think she was from Surrey, like me. She doesnt ever miss out letters in words. It has to be said properly. I'd die if I had to live like that.) said that I should go for 12 and under, because those were the rules, and I was 11 at the time. But I wanted to wait a couple of days, when I was back home, to create my account. She was too sensible.

When I was back home the first thing I did was create my account, jacksonvillegirl. I had a blue uni called jacsonville. (yes i know its spelled wrong) and got very confused with it all.

Gradually I began to get the hang of the games. I scored 4035 on Volcano Run and on lots of other games too.

But one day my account was hacked. Someone had stolen 520,000nps and all of my petpets. I cried.

Neopets just weren't interested. I tried to get my account rich again but the hacker, Digerst, (I'll never forget his name) had abandoned jacsonville, my darling uni. The new owner was under 12, so i couldnt even neomail her.

I created a new pet not long after, Aleciapaws. She was painted Christmas when I found a cheap Christmas Paint Brush (14,000nps) and she was very happy with her new look. I adored her and took her to the training school alot. I hadnt even heard of a lab ray. One day I reached 600,000nps again and decided to go on a spending spree. I bought a faerie paint brush for 200k and traded for an electric paint brush, and painted Aleciapaws again. She was even happier with her chic new look.

I eventually lost all my neopoints, but was determined to stick with neopets in case I lost my username once again. I went on it every single day.

I had over 100 neofriends. I posted regularly on the message boards, and was quite popular on neopets. Nowadays if you mentioned my name on there they would blink and say "who?" because I only post once a month now: when I get my new shield. I always say:

Just got my 9 month shield thing.

"Do you know how bad that makes me feel? To know I've been sitting here on this rickety chair for nine months solid? It makes me feel downright terrible."

Lookout for that on the general chat everytime a new month begins.

Now when I look at my whole list of neofriends, they are ALL frozen. I can still neomail them but they will never reply because they cant even get into their account.

One day I was just looking up names in the search box on neopets. I had tried to get one of my stories published into the Neopian Times, but never succeeded. I decided to type 'publish' into the search box to see some tips for getting my stories published. But at that moment, something caught my eye.

I had noticed that there was only a username called Published, and the tips as well as that. There appeared to be no pet called Publish.

Thinking that this name was dead original, I grabbed it right away. Publish was going to be my new lab pet! I decided I wanted a lab ray for my pet so I asked my mum to buy me one for my birthday.

She didnt have enough neopoints so she started going on as much as she could to earn her more. Her username has numbers at the end of it, but one day she forgot to write those numbers at the end of her username, and signed in as a totally different account! (say her username was deepred955. She forgets to write in 955, so she has only written in deepred. She puts in her password, and gets to pet central. She looks around, when she notices that she has completely different pets. She goes to the bank to buy another lab piece, and in the bank, there is 117,000nps!!) She eventually finds out how she is in someone elses' account, and is absolutly G-O-B-S-M-A-C-K-E-D. She hacked an account. She feels terrible. But we found out that there were confirmed reports that she never went in anymore anyway.

I got the lab, and Publish is now an invisible skeith!!
